Kaltura Media Capture
Kaltura Capture is the best option for recording simple lectures that can be delivered to students asynchronously.
Kaltura is found within Mediaspace and can capture screen recording and webcam at the same time as separate feeds and gives viewers the option to choose between which of the two feeds they want to focus on at a given time.
The editing features are limited to mostly trimming the beginning and end of clips, so this tool should be used if you do not plan to edit heavily.
